MHI TD04 TD04L TD04HL upgraded rebuild kit
This is a performance upgrade for the TD04 based turbochargers such as the TD04 TD04L TD04HL TD04HLA.
These turbochargers are found in a variety of platforms, including Subaru, Volvo, Mitsubishi, Saab, Hyundai, and Kubota.
These may work on other models. Please do your research before purchasing.
Included in kit is the following.
-One upgraded billet 2 port thrust plate. These have larger oil pads with an extra oil port for increased performance and longevity.
-One upgraded larger thrust cooler and spacer
-Two cnc machined journal bearings
-One compressor oil seal, heat treated tool steel.
-One turbine oil seal, heat treated tool steel. Upgraded step gap staggered.
-One turbine shaft nut.
-One superback seal plate
-One seal plate snap ring
-One seal plate o-ring
-Four journal bearing snap rings
-One bearing housing o-ring
-One oil deflector
