Garrett GTP38 GP38 Rebuild Kit Upgrade
This is a performance upgrade rebuild kit for Garrett GTP38 and GP38 turbochargers found in the 1994 - 2003 Ford Powerstroke
Upgraded 360-degree thrust bearing.
These may work on other models. Please do your research before purchasing.
Included in kit is the following.
-One upgraded 360 degree thrust plate made from steel. This allows for higher boost levels by increased thrust area, reducing heat build up.
-Two compressor housing o-ring seals
-Two back plate o-ring seals
-Four pedestal o-ring seals
-One bearing spacer
-One thrust collar
-Two cnc machined journal bearings
-One compressor oil piston ring (seal). Heat treated tool steel.
-One turbine oil piston ring(seal). Heat treated tool steel.
-One turbine shaft nut.
-Four bearing housing bolts
