S400 upgraded rebuild kit
This is a performance upgrade rebuild kit for Borg Warner S400 turbochargers.
These may work on other models such as aftermarket S400 based turbochargers. Please do your research before purchasing.
Included in kit is the following.
-One upgraded billet 360 degree thrust plate made from copper bar. This allows for higher boost levels by increased thrust area, reducing heat build up.
-One bearing spacer
-One thrust collar
-Two cnc machined journal bearings
-One compressor oil piston ring (seal). Heat treated tool steel. Step gap staggered
-One 83mm turbine oil piston ring(seal). Heat treated tool steel. Step gap staggered
-Two 96mm turbine oil piston rings (seals). Heat treated tool steel. Step gap staggered.
-One turbine shaft nut.
-One superback seal plate
-One seal plate snap ring
-One seal plate o-ring
-Four journal bearing snap rings
-One oil deflector
